Visualization Techniques can improve sports performance
For example for the golfer. Get into a meditative or very relaxed state of mind away from any noise or distractions. In this state of mind, visualize each hole on your favorite Golf Course, one by one. Play the course in your mind making every shot the perfect shot you can make. Do this repeatedly. Your mind will come to believe that you have achieved this level of playing and it will make it easier to achieve the next time you hit the links. This method can be used in most sports arenas.
