Live in the MomentLive in the moment. Take a walk and for 30 minutes or so try to live in the moment. Look at people, dogs, anything. Feel the sun, breathe the air, Just be. Donět think about what you have to do next. Thereěs no planning allowed! Just be. If your thoughts wander, bring them back. Donět berate yourself. Just acknowledge that you strayed and then bring them back to being. Only by living in the moment can we achieve bliss
